"The Neverending Story" is a thack of the NES "Dragon Spirit: The New Legend" vertical shmap, which changes the game's graphics and plot screensavers for the story of Wolfgang Peterson's famous fantasy trilogy. The modification was made by pacnsacdave in 2016, the rom is extremely difficult to obtain, because it was exclusively distributed among the romhacker sponsors.
