Rayman Legends is a computer game by Ubisoft . It is the sequel to Rayman Origins . The game was originally only released on the Wii U. On February 7, 2013 [1] Ubisoft announced that the game is also being developed for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 . Because the publisher wanted a worldwide release, the game was delayed until September 27, 2013 and then pushed back to August 29, 2013. Rumors later surfaced that the game was also in development for Sony's handheld, the PlayStation Vita. On May 28, 2013, Ubisoft confirmed the news that the game will also be coming to the PlayStation Vita. The game was also released on February 21, 2014 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One .
