The game was released in Europe on November 2, 2012 and is the twentieth installment in the Need for Speed series . Need for Speed: Most Wanted focuses on escaping the police in an open world . The game features an updated version of Autolog, a social service that allows players to compare races with friends and race against others online. [1] The game takes place in the fictional city of Fairhaven City, through which the fictional Interstate 92 runs. Events Circuit race - A race with 2 or 3 laps. Sprint Race - A race from point A to point B. Speedrun - Here the aim is for the player to achieve an average speed before the finish. Trap - Escape the police within time. Drift Attack - this event involves drifting as much as possible. Smash and Grab - The player must earn a number of points by ramming certain objects.
